Kritigen website (kritigen.com): When you submit the contact form, we collect your name and email address. We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party cookies on this website.

GlideMyWay: To deliver our AI travel planning service, we may collect your name, email address, travel preferences, trip details and itineraries you create, search history within the platform, and usage data (pages visited, features used). If you register an account, we store your credentials (password stored as a secure hash).

tring9: tring9 is a hospitality communication platform used by hotel operators. Guest and staff communications conducted through tring9 — including messages, service requests, and interaction logs — are recorded and retained for safety, security, dispute resolution, and service quality purposes, in a manner analogous to call recording in contact centre environments. This recording is carried out on behalf of the hotel operator (the data controller). The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (safety and security) and, where required, the consent of the individuals communicating through the platform. Hotel operators are responsible for informing their guests that communications may be recorded prior to use of the platform. Kritigen processes this data solely as a data processor acting on the instructions of the hotel operator.

tring9 communication records: Guest and staff communication logs recorded through tring9 are retained for a period defined by the hotel operator (typically 12–36 months) for safety, security, and dispute resolution purposes. After this period, records are permanently deleted unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law or an active legal dispute.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), access controls, and regular security reviews. While no online transmission is completely secure, we take all reasonable measures to protect your data.

6. Cookies

The kritigen.com website does not use cookies. Our products (GlideMyWay and tring9) use strictly necessary session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
